Blossom honey from the Höllental along the Schwarza. The area is very popular with hikers for its long hiking trails between Rax and Schneeberg. The Natura 2000 reserve also includes a spring protection area for Vienna's drinking water. The devastating forest fires that destroyed most of the forest in autumn 2021 are still in memory. But now the Höllental is buzzing and humming again and the beekeeper's bees find not only flowering flowers but also typical shrubs and conifers. For this reason, the honey is already very dark for a blossom honey and has an extremely strong taste without being unpleasantly sweet. Its consistency is liquid when bottled. However, it is natural honey (raw honey) that begins to crystallize in the glass.

250 g of Höllental honey at EUR 7.95 each; basic price 1 kg = EUR 31.80
