This special honey is produced by master beekeeper Johann Ecker, who has been creating the finest honey varieties in small, carefully crafted batches in his apiary for decades. You might also know his famous Christkindl Honey, which is highly sought after every year before Christmas.

Master beekeeper Ecker combines creamy, whipped organic blossom cream honey with strong organic ginger. This mixture ensures that the warmth spreads from the throat, through the stomach, and throughout the entire body. A feeling you'll notice immediately.
To ensure that honey and ginger combine perfectly, the beekeeper intentionally uses creamed honey. This keeps the consistency stable, the ingredients don't separate – and you enjoy the same intense, soothing quality from the first to the last spoonful.
