To ensure that your order arrives in time for Christmas, you must observe the following deadlines for shipping goods. Depending on the carrier you choose and the destination country, different regulations and transit times apply.
GLS within Austria: The driver must pick up your order from Welthonig in Vienna by December 20th, 2023 at the latest. This is usually at lunchtime. By then your order must be fully packaged and prepared for shipping.
GLS abroad: Each destination country has its own standard transit times and holiday regulations. Please see the GLS information in the respective destination country. This information is usually published on the GLS website.

DPD within Austria and international shipments: Working and public holidays have been announced. There is no definitive deadline before Christmas yet. For this reason, please regularly check the information directly with DPD.

Austrian Post within Austria: Your order must be delivered to the post office by December 19, 2023 at the latest. Please note that the post office around the corner closes at 6 p.m.
Austrian Post abroad: Timely delivery abroad is guaranteed if the order to Europe is placed by December 15th. and delivered to the post office in the rest of the world by December 13, 2023.

Veloce courier service in Vienna: According to a letter from Veloce, all courier services are already fully booked on the Saturday before Christmas. So last chance for last-minute packages on Friday, December 22nd, 2023.
Collection of goods, Click & Collect, purchases: The regular opening hours in the honey shop are from Tuesday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. In addition, we will also be open for Christmas shoppers on Saturday, December 2nd and 23rd, 2023. We are looking forward to your visit!
