The price spiral will continue upwards in 2025. Unfortunately, this also applies to parcel shipping and online orders. Our last adjustment was a year ago, and since then, we have been able to keep shipping prices stable.
Unfortunately, the costs for packaging materials and boxes have continued to rise, and shipping providers have also increased their prices. Among other things, there was recently a price increase for packages we have to send with Hermes.
We implemented the price increase moderately and prudently to avoid a price shock for the public. The slight increase means a EUR 0.04 increase for each package within Austria.
