On October 1st, Welthonig is all about honey wine (mead) . This day belongs to the oldest alcoholic beverage of mankind. And because we want to know exactly whether fermented honey only tastes good, promotes beauty or also has health-promoting effects , we bring a doctor, beekeeper and mead brewer into the house. Dr. med. Schönberger leads through the afternoon, he knows the secrets well. So that things don't get too academic, our guest of honor enough mead to taste and compare to your heart's content.
