The liquid, light acacia honey from the Neber beekeeping farm is refined with genuine organic Bourbon vanilla. Vanilla pods are soaked in the honey until the honey takes on the vanilla flavor. The process takes several weeks to complete. The pods are then removed, and the flavored honey is bottled. This honey is the perfect finishing touch on desserts, delicious on ice cream, and, of course, as a spread.
