The honey comes from the Brezzo family. They are based in Piedmont and are known for their high-quality honey. Since 1948, the beekeepers have been traveling through the country with their bees to carry out pollination work. Among other things, lemon, mandarin and orange trees are pollinated in the south. Bee pollination gives farmers a high harvest yield and better quality fruit. The beekeeper receives the honey as payment. In this way, the content of the Honey Atlas comes about all by itself.
