The Rohrauer family from the Rohrauer organic farm in Burgenland runs a small factory where they process and market the farm's produce. They produce very hot chili pastes, mustard, and BBQ sauces under the "dazu Manufaktur" brand. Our chili pastes can be used as dips, for marinating, as an addition to sauces, and for coating grilled food. They're a must-have for fans of spicy food.
