The Rohrauer family, from the Rohrauer organic farm in Burgenland, runs a small factory where they process and market the farm's produce. They produce very hot chili pastes, mustard , and BBQ sauces under the "dazu Manufaktur" brand. Our chili pastes can be used as dips, for marinating, as an addition to sauces, and for coating grilled food. They're a must-have for fans of spicy food.
