These scented candles are produced by a Greek migratory beekeeper. He's already in his third generation, traveling with his bees between the mainland and the Aegean islands to obtain perfect honey. The purity of his products is particularly important to him.
For this reason, he also calls his wellness line Kathária . It's written on every single piece and is the Greek word for pure, clean, perfect. The beekeeper uses his own honey and vegetable wax for the scented candles. His candle wax is based on soybean oil instead of beeswax . This has the great advantage of using a regeneratively renewable raw material in the form of soy, and this wax can be enriched with fragrances. Another advantage of vegetable wax is its even and quiet burning even at low temperatures.
