The beekeeper uses certified honey from his own bees, which contains a high proportion of linden blossoms. This creates a pleasantly fresh aroma, making this mead very easy to drink.
Especially on hot days, the mead can also be topped with soda and served with a slice of lemon, lime, or strawberry. A wonderful dessert wine, and with its gold and black label, a real eye-catcher.
