Master beekeeper Johann Ecker has been running the Beekeeping Centre in Upper Austria for decades, producing exquisite honey varieties in small batches in his factory. Among other things, he is the creator of the famous Christkindl honey, which you can also find in the Welthonig webshop before Christmas (subject to availability).
With this warming honey, the beekeeper consciously addresses the needs of all those suffering from a cold nose, cold hands, or cold feet. His organic honey is stirred until creamy and blended with strong ginger. This honey-ginger blend warms the body. You can feel the warmth radiating from your throat and stomach into your body.
The beekeeper chose creamed honey to prevent the honey and ginger from separating. This seduction ensures a consistently high level of enjoyment from start to finish.
