These Greek chamomile flowers come from the nomadic Mouriki beekeeping family. The beekeepers look after 2,500 bee colonies in Greece and commute with their charges between the mainland and the islands in the Aegean to carry out pollination work. As a reward, the beekeeper receives top-quality honey and some of the herbs in organic quality.
Chamomile is suitable for all classic applications such as tinctures, drops and for making ointments and creams. In Greece itself, the herbs are used in particular as a strengthening tea: pour around 2 g of chamomile into 250 g of hot water and let it steep for 5-8 minutes. Sweeten the tea with a spoonful of honey, depending on your preference.
We get the herbs directly from the Greek beekeeper , without any middlemen. For this reason, all information on the label is in Greek.
