The mead comes from Steyrerbräu, a small brewery that specializes in honey and fruit wine. The mead maker uses honey from the region for his mead and his mead varieties have always come out on top in tastings with guests. Participants in tastings found the distinct honey flavor to be pleasant. 12% ABV, this mead contains sulfites.
