Organic Austrian linden blossom honey. Toni Neber, a beekeeper from Styria, is known for his single-variety, high-quality organic honeys. A few years ago, he also had stalls at Christmas and Easter markets. Now he is gradually retiring from business.
The characteristic feature of his liquid linden blossom honey is its fresh mint aroma. Its fresh flavor makes it particularly well-suited for sweetening tea, iced tea, and lemonades. But this honey is equally delicious in Greek yogurt, as a topping for ice cream, and for marinating salads. And there's nothing wrong with enjoying this honey on a buttered roll at breakfast.
