Organic Austrian linden blossom honey. Styrian beekeeper Toni Neber is known for his single-variety, high-quality organic honeys. A few years ago, he also had stalls at Christmas and Easter markets. Now he's gradually retiring.

The characteristic feature of his liquid linden blossom honey is the fresh mint aroma. The fresh taste is particularly suitable for sweetening tea, iced tea and lemonades. But this honey is just as good in Greek yoghurt, as a topping on ice cream and for marinating salads. There is also nothing wrong with enjoying this honey on a buttered roll at breakfast.
