Austrian lime blossom organic honey in liquid and creamy form. The Styrian beekeeper Toni Neber is very well known for his pure, high-quality organic honey. In recent years he has been traveling with stalls at Christmas and Easter markets. Now he is gradually withdrawing into his private life.
The characteristic thing about lime blossom honey is the fresh mint aroma. The fresh taste is particularly suitable for sweetening tea, iced tea and lemonades. But this honey is just as good in Greek yogurt, as a topping on ice cream and for marinating salads. There is nothing wrong with enjoying this honey at the breakfast table with a buttered roll. At times a liquid and a creamy lime version are available.
