Austrian spring blossom honey in organic quality. This snow-white honey is traditionally the first honey of the season. For this honey, the bees mainly collected nectar from early flowering plants such as fruit trees, willows, dandelion and rapeseed. Spring blossom honey is white in color and has a melt-in-the-mouth consistency, similar to lard. It tastes good for the whole family and is particularly good as a breakfast spread for bread, pastries or Striezel.
