Burgenland forest blossom honey in organic quality. Honey is a combination of honeydew and nectar made by bees. It always occurs when the bees collect both nectar from the flowers and forest honey and the proportions of both types are roughly balanced. The honey available here is already just as dark as forest honey, but with a sweet note due to the flower content.
