The production of bee honey while maintaining the highest quality standards is a central part of beekeeper training.
After a poor harvest in 2023, there is finally rapeseed honey again this year. This honey is harvested in spring during the rapeseed bloom, making it one of the first honey varieties to be harvested in the season. Due to its consistency, rapeseed honey is excellent for creaming. The honey is gently stirred until the crystal chains in the honey are broken and the creamy, spreadable consistency is achieved. For this reason, this honey is also the perfect breakfast spread for the whole family. Children of all ages love this spread.
