This mead is a Styrian specialty. The beekeeper uses his own honey and Styrian grape juice from the Wildbacher grape variety, which is responsible for the unique Schilcher wine. The combination of honey and grapes results in a lively, fresh, moderately sweet mead with a beautiful play of colors and a pleasantly drinkable 11% ABV.
The honey wine is particularly suitable as an accompaniment to fish dishes and for typical Styrian snacks. In addition, the Neber honey wine, in its attractive, decorative glass bottle, also makes a perfect gift for Styrian fans.
