500 g at 12.80 Euro Styrian Forest Blossom Honey, awarded the seal of approval by the Austrian Beekeepers' Association. The Styrian Provincial Association for Beekeeping operates the Beekeeping Center and a beekeeping school in Graz. The production of natural honey under the highest quality standards is a central part of beekeeper training, and naturally, Styria is an excellent region for the best honey with forest components. This forest blossom honey is created whenever bees collect both nectar from blossoms and honeydew, and the proportions of both types are roughly balanced. The honey presented here is already as dark as forest honey, but with a sweet note due to the blossom content.
