August 6, 2025: Fresh honey harvest from Immer delivered ! The beekeeper has brought his last jars to Vienna! Rich, viscous forest blossom honey from the remote Ötztal Valley in Tyrol. The apiaries are located at 1,300 meters above sea level in the Kitzwald forest near the Köfler landslide (see photos).

The small apiary consists of him and his brother. After the snow melts in May, the bees are brought up into the mountains, and depending on the weather, this delicious forest blossom honey is harvested in midsummer. Occasionally, alpine rose honey is also available from the apiary. The picture shows the color difference from the forest blossom honey.

500 g honey at 17.90 EUR each; basic price 1 kg = 35.80 EUR
