The Rohrauer family from the Rohrauer organic farm in Burgenland runs a small factory where they process and market the farm's produce. Among other things, they produce delicious mustard in various varieties under the "dazu Manufaktur" brand. We are currently offering the following mustard varieties:

Viennese mustard: the classic mustard everyone loves, with its delicious horseradish flavor, a must-have for any sausage. Ingredients according to the manufacturer: Water, 30% apple cider vinegar*, yellow and brown mustard seeds from Prentlhof in Vienna*, sugar*, 2.6% horseradish*, sea salt, spices*, lemon juice*.
