It is one of the Vikings' historic trading posts on the Baltic Sea and is particularly worthy of protection as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
This mead is made from pure flower honey. Yeast stimulates fermentation and the sugar in the honey is slowly converted into alcohol. Just like in the old days, the Viking LEGEND has a smoky oak aroma. It goes perfectly with the intense honey flavor. In addition, the manufacturer does not add any sulfites. This also fits with the authentic appearance of the Viking LEGEND. 10% vol. alcohol.
At the in-house mead tastings in 2022, 2023 and 2024, this mead received particular praise from participants.
