It is one of the historic trading posts of the Vikings on the Baltic Sea and is particularly worthy of protection as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This mead is made from pure blossom honey. Fermentation is stimulated with yeast and the sugar in the honey is slowly converted into alcohol. Just like in the old days, the Viking LEGENDE has a smoky oak aroma. 10% vol. alc.
