Austrian organic forest blossom honey 99.2%* with an extract from spruce and fir tops 0.8%*. In spring, the fresh, young treetops are collected at the organic farm, which is why they are also known as “Maywipfel” or “ Maiwipferl ”. In contrast to many recipes on the Internet , no cane sugar or refined sugar is used, but organic honey from our own honey bees.

You don't have to have a cold or sick to enjoy this honey to the fullest. As soon as you open the honey jar, the Wipferl honey exudes its characteristic forest and tree scent. In contrast to products with ginger, Wipferl honey is not spicy and is therefore very popular with children.
