we used everything that was available in the fridge: eggs, lettuce, olives, tomatoes, onions, blossom pepper and red pepper. We cut the ingredients into bite-sized pieces and garnished them with the honey-chili pumpkin. It was super quick, easy and tasted great!

The Tietjen family runs an apiary in the northern heath and has rare types of honey to offer again and again. But it also has fruits and vegetables which are plentiful due to bee pollination. For this reason, we decided to bring the fruit to Vienna along with the honey.
